Making a payment using Fena
We’ve introduced a new payment method – Pay by Bank.
Pay by Bank enables you to pay for your order directly from your bank account to ours.
How does it work?
Step 1: Choose ‘Pay by Bank’ at the checkout.
Step 2: You will be taken to a page where you can select the bank you want to pay with.
Step 3: Once selected, you will be taken to your online banking or mobile banking app to confirm the transaction.
Step 4: After the transaction is confirmed, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page.
